Refund Policy

At The Pins Store, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service. Refunds are accepted only if the order arrives in a damaged condition. Any issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery with supporting images or videos.

Please review all artwork, specifications, and policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing and Shipping

For discounted and standard orders, the delivery time will be 35 and 25 days, respectively, from the date of artwork approval. Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

2. Refunds for Product Damage

We ensure our products leave our facility in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll promptly resolve the issue and provide a refund if necessary. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item to initiate the refund request. However, please note that for a smooth resolution process, kindly inform us within 2 days of order delivery. After this period, we may not be liable for any refund related to the damaged product.

3. False Notifications or Non-Delivery Claims

If you receive a false notification or if the courier tracking page shows that the package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us via email within 2 days of the stated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and try to help resolve the matter. However, after the initial 2-day period, The Pins Store will not be liable for connecting with the courier partner to resolve the issue. The customer will be responsible for contacting the courier directly and seeking assistance.

4. Custom Duty Charges

For international orders, all customs duties and import charges are covered by The Pins Store. If a shipment is held by customs, the customer may need to coordinate with local customs authorities for clearance. We will assist throughout the process to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before final artwork approval. Once the artwork is approved, the order is sent for production and cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be provided after design approval.

7. Return Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, there is no need to return it—we will provide a replacement.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, and will be handled under the governance of the Delhi judiciary.

9. Refund Policy for Rush and Urgent Orders
  • If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe for Rush orders, we'll refund the price difference between these services and standard delivery.
  • If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe for Urgent orders, we'll refund the price difference between these services and Rush delivery.
10. Standard Order Refund Policy

12. Refund Timeframe

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 5-7 working days. Once processed, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

13. Shipping Timeframe

We have the same policy for both domestic and international orders, as mentioned in point number 1.
